Senior Manager/Pod-Lead - Compliance Business Analysis, 2018-date

 

After four-and-a-half years with TSB latterly within a Shared Services environment Scott returned to core business and an exciting new opportunity with global banking giant, HSBC. Commencing in January 2018 Scott is currently working within the Compliance MI function aiding the response to regulatory and business demands.

 

Already he has delivered four major projects as well as successfully standing-in as workstream lead for an extended period. Promoted from Business Analyst he is now a Pod-lead for delivery of Compliance MI funded-projects and overall data and product strategy. 

 

Key Achievements include:

• Management of six-figure projects, currently ongoing three-year Employee Compliance Qliksense dashboards rebuild programme re-defining user adoption and functionality

• Successful track-record of rescuing projects; returning to timetable and budget including the 2023 and 2024 Financial Crime metric revision programmes

• Senior Business Analyst on Compliance MI's largest-ever delivery; a seven-figure project to combine Financial and Regulatory reporting for the first time

 

• Lead on 18-month transformation of Anti-Bribery and Corruption reporting from embryonic manual to off-shored automated Qliksense dashboard

• Design and implementation of offshore delivery models to streamline production
