With over 20 years in analysis, systems. people and MI management Scott has a wealth of experience. Working for some of the UK's largest and most prominent companies he has a significant list of achievements to his name.

 

After graduation from University Scott spent a decade within Human Resources systems with several organisations before moving into wider-Financial Services for four years. There he underlined the success of that transformation by attaining his IAQ Qualification from the Chartered Institute of Securities in just six months. He then returned to HR and helped re-launch TSB Bank to the UK High Street before his current role with global giant, HSBC in Compliance and Financial Crime reporting.

 

A passionate, conscientious and hard-working individual, Scott is a strong communicator with excellent presentation skills. Able to contribute strongly as either team member or as leader he has well developed analytical, IT and information management skills. An innovator and problem-solver Scott is always willing  to challenge assumptions and drive forward change.

 

Scott's aim is simple: a role that makes the most of that experience whilst providing the opportunity to manage, influence and to take-on challenge and development alike..
