Scott Cockburn...

HR Systems Analyst, 2006-07
Having opted to leave National Museums of Scotland, Scott joined Edinburgh Solicitors Property Centre (ESPC) who had purchased their first-ever automated HR System as part of a general expansion drive at that time.
Scott was solely responsible for the design, development and management of the system as well as its' promotion and user-training throughout the then, UK-wide organisation.
In a successful year, Scott successfully developed, built and rolled-out the absence management module to over 180 employees as well as developing bespoke MI. However, with plans for the organisation's expansion dropped and scope for system development reduced as a result he opted to leave for AEGON.
Key Achievements included:
-
Design, development and roll-out of new, self-service, on-line Attendance Management module
-
Creation and implementation of UK-wide training/support programme for managers and staff
-
Development of automated workflows to replace and improve previously-manual HR procedures
