HR Systems and MI Specialist, 2007-2009

 

Seeking to join a major organisation after leaving ESPC, Scott opted to join AEGON UK's HR Systems and MI team.

 

There he was responsible for the creation of bespoke Business Object reports as well as supporting various HR projects through data analysis. Scott also captured, evaluated and planned system developments and in particular, managed a nine-month upgrade programme including responsibility for resourcing and user-testing management.

 

Key Achievements included:

• Nominated for MI delivery at AEGON Recognition Event

 

• Member of three project groups relating to system, system upgrades and processes

• Successful authorship of system review document for Senior Management supporting transition to Oracle
